Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions *Gift Vouchers, from the Earl of Doncaster Hotel, are valid for a specific period from the date of issue, which will be stated with the voucher and description. *All services being exchanged against a Gift Voucher, must be pre-booked. Please have your voucher available, when making your booking, to quote the reference number. * The Gift Voucher must be presented at the Hotel, upon arrival. Bookings are subject to availability and do not provide priority access, or guarantee entry, if the Hotel is full. The Gift Voucher will be surrendered upon redemption. Photocopies, or in any form of cop, will not be accepted. *Gift Vouchers are redeemable through the Hotel and are not valid, for any promotions or offers. * Accommodation gift vouchers are not valid on race dates. * Gift Vouchers are exchangeable only, against services defined on the gift voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash. * Lost or out-of-date vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only the original Gift voucher may be used, and the Value of the gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. *The value of the gift voucher, includes VAT. No change or credit can be given for unused portions of any gift voucher. Gift Vouchers have a monetary value of 0.01p.
