Event Voucher Terms & Conditions •Event Vouchers, from the Earl of Doncaster Hotel, are valid for the specific event issued, which will be stated with the voucher and description. •Event Vouchers are exchangeable only, against services defined on the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash. • The event voucher will not be exchanged, refunded or transferred. •The value of the event voucher, includes VAT. No change or credit can be given for unused portions of any voucher. *There is a music charge of £10 per person to attend the event. This is taken at the time of booking to confirm your booking and is non-refundable. This does not include any food or drink and is not deducted from the bill on the day. All food and drink is to be ordered from our Café Bar Concerto menu and a minimum of one main course per person must be purchased. The cost of all food and drinks is settled at the restaurant on the day of your booking.
